Before I get into the TOC, I would just like to remind all of you that what we are doing is very special and must be kept confidential. We are sharing a lot of private information and really creative ideas. Unfortunately, ideas cannot be copyrighted. If some unscrupulous person cared to, they could steal our ideas and publish something before we had a chance to finish our project. I would really hate to see that happen.

That said, I would like to congratulate you all on the brainstorming we have done so far. I think this book is going to be an outstanding resource for anyone interested in how CHDs affect families and men in particular.
