Sue is the mother of a son with complex congenital heart defects, including single ventricle and dextrocardia. Her son underwent the complete Fontan, starting in 1990 with the Right Blalock-Tassug shunt, finishing in 1995 with the completion of the Fontan, and is doing great! He is now in college, and is recently married!

Sue Dove has been the Webmistress for Baby Hearts Press since 1999. She also maintains the Congenital Heart Defect.com site, the Heart of a Father site, and the Central Texas Academy for Excellence site. Sue works full time, and maintains several web sites at her job.

Learning HTML is like learning another language, and Sue is self-taught. As a result, our web pages are continually evolving as she learns new ways to get the message across.

Sue was involved in the production of The Heart of a Father ; she did all the interior design, including graphics and page layout. It was another learning experience!
