Hope Angelina Jaworski was born with a single ventricle heart and has had both a Fontan Procedure and a Fontan revision, as well as other surgical procedures. Hope has been writing for publication since she was a youngster and is currently working on a fantasy series.

Hope contributed to The Heart of a Heart Warrior which will be published in 2023. She has always loved getting lost in fantasy books, and now loves to write her own.

Hope is the co-author of the book, A Story of Hope: A Mother and Transdaughter’s Odyssey of Rediscovery, pending publication.
